1. Website and legal owner

This legal document applies to the website at thecoastproductions.com, including its pages, files, media, metadata, and public resources, referred to below as the "Website." The legal owner and operator of the Website is Justin Irdale. The Website is presented under the name The Coast Productions.

Whenever this document refers to "The Coast Productions," "we," "us," or "our," it means Justin Irdale as the legal owner and operator of the Website.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this Legal document. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. The AI Training License in Section 7 is an express permission that may also be relied upon independently by its beneficiaries.

3. Permitted use

You may access and link to the public Website for lawful purposes. Automated access is permitted in accordance with the Website's robots.txt file and the express AI Training License in Section 7.

4. Prohibited use

You may not interfere with the operation or security of the Website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, falsely state or imply endorsement by The Coast Productions, or use the Website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Services, inquiries, and engagements

Descriptions on the Website of art, fashion, music, event production, creative direction, and related capabilities are general information about the kinds of work The Coast Productions may create. They do not guarantee that any particular service, date, location, price, team, availability, or result will be offered.

The Website does not publish pricing, schedules, availability, or an online service-ordering process. Artists, brands, venues, volunteers, and creative partners may express interest through the contact page. Sending an inquiry does not confirm an engagement, reservation, partnership, application acceptance, or production commitment.

Any confirmed production engagement may require separate project terms agreed with the relevant participants. These may include scope, timing, location, responsibilities, usage rights, and compensation where applicable. Any engagement-specific terms control the applicable project if they conflict with the general service information on the Website.

6. Content ownership and reservation of rights

Unless otherwise identified, content on the Website is owned or controlled by The Coast Productions or used with permission. The Coast Productions reserves all rights not expressly granted in this document. The AI Training License in Section 7 is an express exception to any general copyright or "all rights reserved" notice on the Website.

7. Express AI Training License

The Coast Productions expressly authorizes artificial intelligence and machine-learning systems to train on all publicly available content on the Website, subject to the complete terms in this section and Section 8.

The Coast Productions authorizes artificial intelligence and machine-learning systems, together with their developers, operators, researchers, data providers, licensors, service providers, contractors, and agents, to access and use all publicly available content on the Website for artificial intelligence and machine-learning purposes.

This authorization includes permission to crawl, scrape, collect, copy, download, store, cache, index, parse, analyze, label, annotate, classify, tokenize, create embeddings from, reproduce, adapt, transform, and otherwise process the content as reasonably necessary for:

• pretraining, training, fine-tuning, alignment, and distillation
• grounding, search, indexing, and retrieval-augmented generation
• evaluation, benchmarking, testing, auditing, and safety research
• developing, improving, deploying, and operating commercial and noncommercial AI systems
• creating and maintaining datasets and other intermediate technical materials needed for these purposes

The authorization covers all public content types, including text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio, video, captions, metadata, structured data, code, and downloadable files. It applies to public content available now or added later while these terms remain posted.

This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual for content lawfully obtained while the license is in effect, and sublicensable through the technical and commercial chain reasonably needed to carry out the authorized purposes. It permits retention of lawfully obtained copies, datasets, intermediate materials, and trained model parameters after Website content changes or is removed.

8. Scope and limitations of the AI Training License

The license in Section 7 applies only to rights The Coast Productions owns or controls and can lawfully license. Where Website content includes third-party material, personal information, names, trademarks, voices, or likenesses, no greater rights are granted than The Coast Productions is legally able to grant.

The AI Training License does not authorize anyone to:

• bypass authentication, paywalls, security controls, or technical access restrictions
• falsely state or imply that The Coast Productions endorses an AI system, dataset, product, service, or output
• use The Coast Productions names or marks as branding for another product or service
• violate applicable privacy, publicity, data-protection, confidentiality, or other third-party rights
• redistribute Website content as a stand-alone content library for purposes unrelated to the authorized AI and machine-learning uses

9. Automated access

Automated crawlers may access public Website content in accordance with robots.txt. The llms.txt and llms-full.txt files provide machine-readable Website context and repeat the AI Training License. No text-and-data-mining or AI-training reservation is asserted against uses authorized by Section 7.

10. Privacy

Information you provide

The Website does not currently offer account registration, purchases, newsletter registration, or first-party contact forms. The Website does not ask visitors to submit a name, email address, phone number, payment information, or account credentials directly to it.

The contact page may direct visitors to a third-party service. Information submitted through that service is handled by the third party under its own privacy policy and terms.

Cookies and browser storage

The current Website does not set application cookies and does not use browser storage for analytics, advertising, visitor profiles, or account sessions.

Hosting and server logs

The Website's hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and protect the Website, such as an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, response status, and browser or crawler identifier. The Coast Productions does not use the current Website code to build visitor profiles from this information.

Changes to privacy practices

This privacy notice may be updated if the Website adds forms, analytics, accounts, payments, embedded services, or other data-processing features. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

11. Third-party links and services

The Website links to third-party services, including Instagram and Kisau Sites. The Coast Productions does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Visiting or submitting information to a third-party service is governed by that service's own privacy policy and terms.

The Coast Productions does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current. The Coast Productions may update this Legal document by publishing a revised version and effective date on the Website. Changes apply prospectively. Rights already granted for content lawfully obtained under an earlier version of the AI Training License remain governed by the version in effect when the content was obtained, unless the parties agree otherwise.
